Isabel Marant was looking for strategic support to help the Brand re-ignite its business in Japan with a new business model based on direct retail and wholesale partners. They had no team member on the ground. We helped bridging difficult negotiations with some existing stakeholders to preserve long-term relationship and at the same time started putting in place the base of direct retail with the 1st flagship store search and negotiation.
